So I was listening to a conversation between 5 of my family members about homosexuality, 4 out of the five thought it was “disgusting” and 1 was an advocate for gay rights. 

I felt so broken hearing the shit that they were spewing out of the shithole they call their mouth about it all, every single fucking comment made me wonder, ‘hey, did my friend hear something this derogatory and is this what made him kill himself?’ 

I saw a post about the U.S and where gay marriage/civil partnerships were legal and my 13 year old cousin got so emotional and was disgusted by the lack of support. 

His parents are so fucking homophobic but this child only sees love between two people, he literally does not understand how someone can see something disgusting between to human beings in love. 

I started talking to him about my friend and he legitimately sat there crying with me. 

I hate knowing that he’s forced to grow up in a society where hate is so prominent. He’s so pure and positive, and to think that he has to be surrounded with people harbouring so much hate in their hearts literally makes me sick. 

Thank you, to all of you who are supportive, I may not be a part of the lgbt community, but I am a part of the community that mourns the loss of a loved one, and I would personally like to thank you for spreading the love. 

Although he is no longer with me, I am so fulfilled knowing that although Char’s life could not be saved, you being who you are can save someone else’s life, never forget that.

1. If you had the power to live in the past or the future, which would you choose?

As much as I adore certain time periods in the past, curiosity will kill me and I would probably live in the future, if not to see what people are doing, and generally what the quality of life is in the future.

2. You get the opportunity to meet the people you’ve met online and trade them for the people at your school, would you do it?

YES. 

Given that the people online are happy, and there are no weird loopholes, and they get to be with their families and they’re not being uprooted or wouldn’t feel uncomfortable because I love them *cough Sancia cough*

3. Say an accident happens and you get amnesia but someone shows your Tumblr to you, what would you infer about yourself just by looking at your archive?

I really love the gay sex. 

I’m a pretty awesome person. 

I know pretty awesome people. 

I’m very passionate and relatively intelligent. 

I’m happy.

4. What is the strongest power there is? (example: intelligence, strength, honesty, etc.) 

I would probably have to say intelligence, although it could also be kindness, I think primarily to succeed, the most essential quality is a person’s intelligence, and it doesn’t necessarily mean “book smart” it also refers to being people smart. Intelligence assures that you can make something of yourself, also intelligence dissolves the ideas of anything irrelevant such as homophobia, because we work on logic and logic in my opinion cancels out things like racism and homophobia because logically these things are stupid.

5. Name seven things you want to do before you die:

• Write a book. 
• Move to California with my best friend.
• Be a relevant member of a gay friend’s wedding (bridesmaid etc)
• Fall in love and be happy.
• Meet Darren Criss and tell him what he did for me & thank him. 
• Meet a special friend from tumblr irl.
• Go water skiing. 

6. What fictional character would you like to see as a real life person?

Oh wow, so many fictional characters embody exactly what I want for humanity. If I had to choose someone, it would definitely be a person from Harry Potter because so many characters embody exactly what I want for humanity. Specifically, anyone from the golden trio, Neville, Ginny, Sirius, James or Luna. They all have flaws, (everyone does), but their flaws make them who they are, they make them human and relatable and that’s what I would want in a person irl.

7. What objects would your horcruxes be?

Lawd Jesus, I hate to be a buzzkill, but I don’t think I could actually have the nerve to make a horcrux, I would have so much anxiety beforehand and always be questioning where it is, and if it’s okay. 

8. Would you rather get rid of the violence or poverty in the world?

Holy shit, this is actually really hard, erm I would probably get rid of violence. 

9. Do you believe in second chances?

Yes. I’ve made mistakes, I know other people who have made mistakes. We’re not always aware of what’s going on behind the scenes of someone’s life. When someone does something completely out of character for them, I talk to them and try to work it out, I don’t understand people who work on the mentality that they have one chance and then they cut them from their life. Life is about making mistakes and being there for each other when we make those mistakes. Friendship is about being there through the thick and the thin and working things out if there is a problem. 

Relationships? Depends on the situation, never for cheating but everything else is pretty much fair game. 

10. What’s your favorite quote from a book?

You are literally my favourite person and least favourite person on this earth, I love but hate these questions because they’re so beautiful but they’re so hard. 

“It does not do to dwell on dreams and forget to live”

So cliche, but mainly it’s the fact that we spend so much time in our heads, dreaming of what we believe is impossible or unattainable, when in reality nothing is really unattainable. Instead of dreaming big, we should instead live big, we’re given a life to use it to the best of our abilities, and instead of thinking of what we could do, we should go out there and attempt to do it. 

11. Where would you like to visit?
